About the Tanzanian Benefit Shoot
What are the details about the trip?
• Fly out July 13, return July 23.• Airfare, immunizations and personal gift items/extra expenses not included in the raffle and auction prize.
• Airfare could be $2000.00 or more, winner of raffle and auction should be prepared to make immediate bookings through the travel group we are booking with so to secure the best possible price.
• If a minimum amount of $3500.00 in raffle entries are not sold, PRIZE will be limited to $500 CASH PRIZE.
• Upon arrival and until departure in Tanzania food, travel, accommodations and group extra curricular activity expenses will be covered.
• We will not be staying in fancy locations, no guarantee of the quality of our stay.
• We are flying through Dubai, UAE with an overnight stay in Dubai both on the way and on the return depending on your original departure city.
• Because of the cultural traditions and long term purposes of our ground partners women must wear long skirts when in the villages and modest attire the rest of the time, swim wear must be modest as well.
• The attitude of all participants will be one of serving others and personal conduct/behavior must reflect an attitude of respect to the culture and ground partners.
• Immunizations are required, passport required (valid for at least 6 months, expedited passports can be received in as little as two weeks).

June 8-12On the auction a "reserve price of $3500.00" must be met for a winner and airfare is not included in the auction price, airfare will be around $2000.00 (or more).

• Minimum donation of $25.
• Each donation of twenty-five dollars will be considered a separate entry.
• No limit to number of entries per participant.
• If participant wishes to donate more than $25, there is no requirement to make multiple individual $25 donations to purchase multiple entries.
• Rather, by way of example, a $100 donation will equal four separate $25 entries.

Federal and state laws restrict the online sale of Tanzanian Benefit Shoot raffle entries and the online Tanzanian Benefit Shoot auction to only those state or local residents who specifically meet the requirements as
set forth in the applicable statutes, regulations, and terms and conditions that apply to the raffle and the auction and Thirst Relief does not currently allow raffle entry purchases or auction entries outside the scope of these restrictions. Raffle entries are reserved on a limited basis. Thirst Relief does not allow any illegal participation in the Tanzanian Benefit Shoot raffle nor the auction. Proceeds of the raffle and the auction
benefit Thirst Relief International, Inc. Raffle winners will be selected by random drawing and all participants have an equal opportunity to win. Raffle winners will be notified by Thirst Relief at the address provided.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Thank you for supporting the Tanzanian Benefit Shoot Raffle and/or Tanzanian Benefit Shoot Auction conducted by Thirst Relief International, Inc. ("Thirst Relief"). The following Terms and Conditions shall apply:
• A raffle entry represents a chance to win the opportunity to accept an offer of the stated prize on these terms and conditions and, upon winning, those in the "Winner Notification Agreement," the terms of which are
hereby incorporated by reference. If you have made an online representation to enter the raffle with your donation to Thirst Relief, your name will be entered in the raffle, subject to these terms and conditions. Raffle
winners will be selected by random drawing and all participants have an equal opportunity to win. Raffle winners will be notified by Thirst Relief at the address provided.
• For the raffle, minimum donation of twenty-five dollars. Each donation of twenty-five dollars will be considered a separate raffle entry. No limit to number of raffle entries per participant.fa If a minimum
amount of $3500.00 in raffle entries are not sold, prize will be limited to $500. Airfare is not included in any raffle prize.
• For the auction, a "reserve price of $3500.00" must be met for a winner and airfare is not included in the auction price, airfare will be around $2000.00 (or more).
• Neither the raffle entries nor the raffle winner's rights and auction winners' rights are transferable. Raffle and Auction Winners (individually "Winner" or collectively "Winners") need not be present to win.
• Winners must accept prizes "AS IS, WHERE IS", subject to all latent and patent conditions, with absolutely no express or implied warranties of any kind by Thirst Relief.
• Winner will be notified in writing in the Winner Notification Agreement ("WNA"), which will be sent to the address provided by that winner. Winner will have seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the WNA to
accept the prize by executing and returning the WNA pursuant to the terms stated therein. Failure to execute and return the WNA and accept the prize "as is," timely, and pursuant to the terms stated in the WNA, will
automatically result in forfeiture of the prize, with no substitution or alternative prize available to the original winner. In the event of forfeiture, the next winner that was selected will be awarded the prize.
• Raffle and auction prizes (individually "prize" and collectively "prizes") will not be awarded, and will be forfeited, if the raffle entry or auction item was issued in exchange for a check returned for "insufficient
funds" or for a credit card charge deemed "declined," "invalid," or "stolen."
• Prizes may not be substituted or exchanged by winner. Restrictions may apply to travel prizes.
• All sales of raffle entries and auction sales are final and there will be no refunds.
• Winner shall have no rights in prize until the prize is fully and unconditionally accepted by winner by the timely execution and return of the WNA and until complete delivery of the prize is made to winner. All
prizes remain the sole property of Thirst Relief until unconditionally accepted "as is, where is" by winner.
• Winner is subject to all laws, regulations, procedures, rules and directives applicable to raffles and auctions. All federal, state and local laws relating to the transfer, ownership or use of the prize applies.
Prize shall not be transferred until all legal requirements have been met. Winners are encouraged to consult a tax professional to determine if Federal and State income taxes and any other taxes are payable as a result of the
acceptance of the prize. Winners are encouraged to consult a tax professional. The IRS requires that taxes on raffle prizes valued greater than $5,000 must be paid upon acceptance and before Thirst Relief may deliver the prize
to the winner.
• If there is more than one name on a raffle entry, the raffle prize will be awarded to the first name listed on the entry as the winner, so long as that person is 18 years old or older and a U.S. resident. It is the
sole responsibility of the raffle winner in a multiple party entry to allocate any prize among the participants in that entry.
• The winner accepting the Tanzanian Benefit Shoot will be subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Purchase of a raffle entry and/or entry into the auction constitutes full agreement by the purchaser that
he/she agrees with all terms and conditions set forth herein.
• Employees of Thirst Relief and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. Media sponsors, their employees and their immediate families are not eligible to win any prize.
• "Immediate Family" is defined as the spouse, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This definition also
includes individuals for whom an employee is the current legal guardian or individuals who are not legally related to but who reside with an employee. ("Step" relationships also are covered by this definition.) The
determinations of Thirst Relief are final and binding with respect to any matter arising out of the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions.
• Thirst Relief maintains no control of the personnel, equipment or operations of any supplier and assumes no responsibility for any financial loss, personal injury, property damage, other loss, accident, delay,
inconvenience or irregularity which winners may experience by reason of (1) performance/nonperformance by any supplier; (2) wrongful, careless, negligent, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any supplier or its
employees, or on the part of any other party not under the control of Thirst Relief; (3) any defect, breakdown or other failure of any aircraft, train, automobile, ship, accommodation, or other equipment or instrumentality
owned, operated, or otherwise used by a supplier or;(4) any acts of God, acts or omissions of third parties, damage or loss associated with any terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures,
disease, local laws, climactic conditions, or other conditions or developments. Thirst Relief shall in no event be liable for special or consequential damages arising from the use or ownership of any prizes. Participants hereby
release Thirst Relief from any such claims.
